I would like to express our appreciation of the work performed recently by Rachil Tam on WebPAC Language Switch. As you may be aware, Canada is officially bilingual and providing service of equal quality in both official languages is a priority for all federal government departments.

Rachil was very effective in addressing all our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The end result is a language toggle in the Millennium WebPAC that enables us to better conform to the Government of Canada’s Common Look and Feel Standard for Websites and to more fully meet the requirements of the Official Languages Act.
